Surveys & Analysis

The Trustify survey and analysis tool helps you to find out even more precisely what really concerns your customers and how you can offer a better service.

Purpose

Surveys have 2 main purposes at Trustify:

You gain more detailed information from your customers and can analyze and use it.
You can display in a Trustify profile what exactly someone has reviewed.

For example, if you have a Trustify profile for your hotel-restaurant business, you can create 2 surveys and collect reviews with specific data for the hotel and restaurant sections and still have them displayed in the same Trustify profile.

Visitors to your profile can see whether it is a customer experience for the hotel or restaurant. However, you can also deactivate this in the profile settings with the option Display name of survey on reviews if you do not want this to be displayed.

Create a survey

To create a survey select Surveys in the dashboard menu and then click on the create button. The title you enter next is also the title that will appear in the Trustify profile with a review, if you want to have this displayed.
You can then make the following settings:

Add Survey Item: Here you can enter categorie-titles (or questions) per language. These may even differ per language, but we recommend using the same ones, only translated.
Related Profiles: Activate the profiles for which this survey can be used.

In the Trustify profile settings, you can also specify whether the survey title should be displayed for a review and a standard survey for this profile. A defined standard survey causes this survey to appear when someone rates this profile via the standard rating link, for example by clicking on the “Rate now” button.

It is possible to create and use as many surveys per profile as you like or to use the same survey for several profiles.

Use a survey

You can define a standard survey in the settings of a Trustify profile, which is then always used and (also at the same time) collect reviews via a link specific to a survey. If you want to let customers rate a profile with a specific survey, you can send a direct link like this one:

The reviewers receive an additional section on the review page where they can rate the survey items from 1 to 5 stars.
