What is Trustify?

Trustify is a review management and marketing platform that helps businesses collect, manage, and showcase customer reviews - and provides modern tools to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

With Trustify you can:

  • Collect reviews from your customers via a direct review link, NFC card or table stand, QR code, Email, or SMS invitation.
  • Import reviews from external platforms like Google, Tripadvisor, and more, so everything is visible in one place.
  • Publish a public profile page that showcases your reputation and builds trust with new visitors.
  • Embed review widgets on your website to display your ratings where it matters most.
  • Gain insights through surveys and analytics to understand what your customers really think.
  • Supports your marketing with email invitations, rewards for reviews, improved SEO and AEO, and other measures and tools.

New to Trustify?

Start with the steps below. They will guide you from creating your account to collecting your first reviews in under 15 minutes.

1. Create user account

Go to app.trustify.ch and click "I don't have an account yet" to sign up. Enter your name, email address, and a secure password.

You will receive a confirmation email — click the link inside to verify your address and activate your account.

Your user account is personal

Your Trustify user account is tied to you as an individual. Use your personal work email address. Never share your login credentials with others - add teammates as members of your Organization instead.

Your organization

After confirming your email, you will be prompted to create or join an Organization. An organization is the workspace for your business - it is where your subscription, profiles, and team members live.

  • If you run multiple businesses, create a separate organization for each one.
  • You can invite colleagues, agencies, or partners to your organization with different permission levels.
  • Your subscription is tied to the organization, not your personal account.

2. Set up your profile

A Trustify Profile Page is your public reputation page - the place where customers can read your reviews, see your rating, and get to know your business.

To create your first profile:

  1. In the Trustify App, go to Core → Profile Pages.
  2. Click Create New and follow the setup guide (3 short steps).
  3. Click Finish - your profile is live immediately.

Your profile page will be accessible at in.trustify.ch/your-slug. You can view it any time with the View button.

Once the profile exists, take a few minutes to complete these settings under Core → Profile Pages → Manage:

  • Add a logo and cover image - visuals build instant credibility.
  • Fill in your contact information - website, phone, email, and address.
  • Add social media links - connects your profile to your wider presence.
  • Connect external platforms - link your Google, Tripadvisor, or other review sources so they appear on your profile. See External review platforms.

3. Collect your first reviews

Once your profile is live, you can immediately start gathering reviews.

Every Trustify profile has a direct review link (e.g. in.trustify.ch/your-slug/rate). Share it anywhere:

  • In a follow-up email after a purchase or service.
  • As a QR code on your receipt, invoice, table, or entrance.
  • In your email signature or on a business card.
  • As a button or link on your website.

You can find your review link options in the Trustify App under Core → Profile Pages → Manage → Share.
