External review platforms

Trustify solves the problem if you have reviews in different places or platforms and would like to use and present them all. For this purpose, it is possible to connect other review profiles respectively platforms and their reviews, such as from Google, TripAdvisor, Booking, etc. Every review counts and your customers and visitors will see them with Trustify.

Connect external platforms

You can add external platforms in the settings of a profile. To do this, select Profiles in the dashboard menu and then click on the Edit button of the desired profile. You can then add the external platforms in the External Sources tab.

Depending on the platform, you will be asked to copy the link of your external platform profile or to search for your external profile by name.

Trustify then starts importing the data for a source as soon as possible. You will then also see the details for each source, as shown here.

The external platform sources are updated several times a day and visitors to your profile will see these publicly linked. The total rating of a source also influences your Trustify review score for the corresponding profile.
