Invites

Use Invites to send personalized email invitations to customers and ask them to review your profile pages. You send automatic review requests and reminders at the perfect moment for a better review rate.

What are Invites?

Invites let you create targeted email campaigns that ask specific recipients to leave a review on one of your profile pages. Each invitation includes:

  • Email Invitations: Send personalized emails to customers and target audiences.
  • Audience Targeting: Reach specific groups and track which audiences respond best.
  • Engagement Tracking: Monitor delivery, opens, clicks, and review completion rates.

Your plan includes a monthly invitation quota (e.g. 300 per month) which resets on a fixed date (based on your subscription date). One credit includes all emails sent to a customer, meaning one credit corresponds to one invite record, not one individual email.

Open Invites

In the Trustify App, go to Apps → Invites.

On this page you can:

  • View all invitations with their profile page, recipient count, scheduled date, and reminder status.
  • Create a new invitation.
  • Delete existing invitations.

Step 4 – Customize Email

Personalize the invitation email sent to your customers.

General settings (apply to all emails regardless of recipient language):

  • Logo: Upload your company logo to display in the email.

Language-specific settings – configure the email content separately for English, German, and French:

  • Subject: The email subject line.
  • Introduction: Opening message of the email.
  • Closing: Closing message of the email.

Use :profilePage as a placeholder in the subject or body to automatically insert the profile page name.

Click Next.

Step 5 – Schedule

Choose when to send the invitation.

  • Send date & time: Select a specific date and time for delivery.
  • Send immediately: Enable this option to send the invitation as soon as it is created (ignores the scheduled date).
  • Send reminder: When enabled, a reminder email is automatically sent to recipients who have not left a review within 2 days.

Click Finish to create the invitation.

Invitation details

Click on an invitation in the list to open its detail view.

The detail view shows:

  • Name, profile page, and linked survey
  • Scheduled date and reminder date
  • Delivery rate: Percentage of emails successfully delivered.
  • Success rate: Percentage of recipients who completed a review.
  • Statistics chart: Visual breakdown of email events (Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Complained, Rejected) over time.

Open tracking

The Opened event may not be tracked for all recipients. To maximize email deliverability, open tracking (which relies on a hidden tracking pixel) can be disabled. In that case, the Opened count will remain empty even if recipients have read the email.

Recipients table

At the bottom of the detail view, a table lists all recipients with:

  • Email address
  • Name
  • Language
  • Delivery status (e.g. Delivered, Clicked)
  • Date the review was created (if applicable)
