Manage reviews

In the Trustify App, go to Core → Reviews to see all reviews across your profile pages. Use the filters at the top to narrow down reviews by profile page, status, or other criteria.

Review states

Every review has two independent states:

Verification state

  • Verified - the reviewer confirmed their review. Only verified reviews count towards the Trustify Score and are visible on the profile page.
  • Verification pending - the reviewer has not yet confirmed their review. It will not appear on the profile page or affect the score until verified.

Visibility state

  • Listed - the review is publicly visible on the profile page.
  • Unlisted - the review is hidden from the profile page, but still counts towards the Trustify Score.

Good to know

Unlisting a review removes it from public view but does not remove it from the score calculation. This allows you to manage what is displayed without affecting your overall rating.

Manage a specific review

In the reviews list, click View under Actions to open a review. From there you can:

Reply to a review

Respond publicly to a review directly from the review detail view. Your reply will be displayed on the profile page alongside the review. Replying to reviews, especially critical ones, shows visitors that you take customer feedback seriously.

Unlist a review

If a review is inappropriate or you prefer not to display it, you can unlist it. The review will no longer appear on the profile page but will still be included in the Trustify Score.

Report a review

If you believe a review violates Trustify's terms or guidelines, you can report it. Trustify will then review the case and take action if necessary. Reporting a review does not automatically remove or unlist it.
