Dashboard
The Dashboard is the central hub of Trustify. It gives you a 360° view of your reviews and recommendations, and guides you toward the actions that have the most impact on your review score and organization.
Insights
At the top of the Dashboard, the Trustify Insights surfaces the most important signal about your current review performance. Insights are based on the last 30 days of data and update automatically. For successful review marketing, these should be checked regularly.

Dashboard tabs
The Dashboard is split into three tabs: Monitoring, Tasks, and Guide. Each tab focuses on a different aspect of your review management; from live metrics and review activity, to open tasks and actionable recommendations, to setup guidance and available apps. Together they give you a complete picture of your organisation's review health at a glance.
Monitoring
The Monitoring tab shows a real-time snapshot of your review activity across all profile pages.
Key metrics:
- Total reviews: Total number of reviews across all profile pages. Includes a trend indicator for the last 30 days.
- Average rating: Your overall average star rating. Highlights changes over the last 30 days.
- Unanswered reviews: Number of reviews that have not yet received a reply. Click to open the action queue.
- Response rate: Percentage of reviews you have responded to. Displayed as a trend over the last 30 days.
Charts:
- Reviews over time: Line chart showing how many new reviews were received and how many were answered over the past 12 months.
- Rating distribution: Bar chart showing the breakdown of reviews by star rating (1–5).
Source panels:
- External platforms: Shows changes to your external review sources (e.g. Google, TripAdvisor) since the last scan. Requires at least one connected external source.
- Source ratio: Breakdown of all reviews by acquisition channel: Trustify (direct), Trustify (via invite), and external platforms.
- Language ratio: Distribution of reviews across detected languages.
Tasks
The Tasks tab combines two sections: the Action Queue for incoming reviews, and completeness and recommendations for your organisation and profile settings.
Action Queue
The Action Queue lists all reviews that are waiting to be checked. Low-rating reviews are highlighted as critical and shown first, so the most urgent items are always at the top.
For each review you can:
- Reply - open the review and reply editor directly from the queue.
- Ignore / Checked - mark the review as intentionally skipped.
Reviews that have been in the queue for more than 12 months are automatically ignored to keep the queue manageable.
Best practice: keep the queue at zero
Not every review requires a written reply, but it is good practice to check each one. The action queue makes it easy to quickly work through all incoming reviews across your entire organisation. Aim to keep the count at zero - it only takes a moment to either reply or mark a review as checked.
Completeness & Recommendations
Besides the action queue, the Tasks tab shows how complete your organisation and profile page settings are. A progress indicator reflects the overall setup completeness, and each profile page is listed with its individual score. Click on them to go directly to the relevant settings and complete any missing information.
Guide
The Guide tab provides an overview of all Trustify Apps, functions and help.
Recommended actions
Trustify suggests the most impactful next steps based on the current state of your account.
