External review platforms

If your business already has reviews on other platforms, you can connect them to your Trustify profile page. Trustify pulls in the rating and review count from each connected source and includes them in the overall Trustify Score - so your full reputation across all platforms is reflected in one place.

Connect external platforms

In the Trustify App, go to Core → Profile Pages, select the profile page you want to edit, and open the External Sources tab.

Depending on the platform, you will be asked to either paste the link to your external platform profile or search for it by name.

Trustify starts importing the data as soon as a source is connected. You can then see the details for each source directly in the tab.

External sources are refreshed several times a day. Visitors to your profile page will see all connected platforms publicly listed. The overall rating of each source also contributes to the Trustify Score of the corresponding profile page.
